Since 2009 I have on my wish list black leather jacket, but it started with picking up this gold, then I got this Spring my light blue and the closest to black I have got is aztec print with black sleeves(yet it's fabric). As much I would like to get some basics in neutral colors, yet somehow they appear in my wardrobe in brighter colors. I'm not afraid to play with colors and I like to through together something unexpected and see how it works.  And most of the time magically it works. Like in this look. I think none would think about this pairing as a typical Fall look, yet this gold jacket always comes out in Fall.

I'm all about relaxed looks. I love oversized pieces and if they're not oversized I will mostly get it size or two bigger. I kind of wish I got this wonderful boyfriend shirt two size bigger, just because cotton after washing tend to little bit shrink and I want it to be more loose, maybe more then to someone else liking.  I've been looking for boyfriend shirt for a long time. Most of them are very sheer and that to me isn't good quality or they're too fitted. Now I want one more oversized shirt in white. Have been wearing this one already a lot. It seems to go with everything and makes any relaxed outfit look more put together.

It was grey Sunday. There wasn't any dressing up on my mind. I wanted something simple and comfortable after crazy, busy week. I would go for my usual black jeans, but then I saw pink stripe peeking in my pile of jeans. My hand reached for it, I thought I'll pair my pink jeans with basics just as I would wear with my black jeans (no-brainer). After all my Sunday look came out light and bright, just wonderful for grey Spring day.  I notice that day mostly people was wearing neutrals, just like I was planing. Sometimes we just have to choose adventure.

Where those March days have gone.. And how it can be that we're already in second week of April.. I don't mind these few sunny, warm days what we got over long weekend. Finally! We've been waiting for you so long.

This look is from March weekend when I made road trip video . I'm pairing my favorite pieces in this look. Simple and comfortable. Just what works perfectly for busy days what we had and quick escape.

Sunday came cold yet sunny. We was celebrating International Women's Day in our own way. I hope you all my beautiful, wonderful and strong ladies had a happy International Women's Day. We was catching any warm sunbeam and I couldn't help myself not to wear something brighter and floral. I thought I have to show that I'm actually wearing my New Balance, maybe lately way too much, but they keep my freezing feet warm and comfy.
Our new vintage camera Zenit came to us as home decor or addition to collection. When my fiance took a look at it he realize that we could try to take some photos and since then we've been excited  taking it anywhere with us carefully picking out what to capture. Fingers cross we'll get some photos, because we're not 100% sure it's working. But what a joy it have been.

I can't believe how December days are flying. I'm a bit worried that Christmas will be here before we'll know it. We're still on Christmas gift hunt. All weekend we was getting something, yet it's not all.
My first Christmas gift this year came from Latvia. Over weekend I met up with one of my Latvian blog friends. That was so exciting to meet someone in person who I know from my blog. She's been following my blog since this article. That was lovely afternoon and it left me more inspired. I believe that there's reason why we meet people- they come as a blessing or as a lesson. I'm grateful her and all of you for support. It means a lot to me.

There's something so comfortable, so cozy and yet put together, chic about this coat that even on those days like Saturday it snuggles me and save me from looking so tired like I felt. Pre Christmas time for me is one of the busiest time of the year. Lately I have been so tired that I can't fall a sleep. It sounds crazy, but I have so much on my mind and on my to do list that my body can't relax. I felt like sleep walking. Yet after Sundays Christmas Fair I slept and slept. I feel much better now, but there's still needed to catch up with sleep. If there's any tips and tricks how to relax and fall a sleep, please, do share. They will be much appreciated.

Weekend is just around the corner. I couldn't be more excited. Keeping my fingers cross that rain will not surprise us. I have to admit it start to get to me even if I'm living in festive holiday spirit. The Christmas Fairs are everywhere and I have to keep up with new jewelry pieces. So delighted to meet again and again ladies who own already something from Strike a Pose jewelry or have heard about me. It's my work, it's my passion. Being so busy with jewelry and having this rainy weather it leaves less chances to take photos for blog, what upsets me. I wish I could manage everything. Oh, grrr..that rain!!!!! I'm sorry for so much complaining about the rain, but it do seems get to the most of us here on green island.

I would be lying if I would be saying I wasn't waiting for colder weather. It truly haven't come, but few dropped Celsius degrees was enough. I just couldn't wait any more longer to wear this coat. I fell in love at the same moment when I saw it. I resisted it for a while before taking the plunge. I kept thinking about it and how much I wanted last year similar one, but never got it and always regretted. Nothing haunts us like the things we didn't buy.
