Keeping it very real. This might be the last time I wore these boots. The +18C appeared unexpectedly and for past days it's been here. That makes me so happy. I try as much as I can enjoy every sunbeam. Here's few less layers and some newbie which I have missed in my wardrobe for a long time. To be honest I think I never have had a black blazer or jacket. I for a very long time wasn't impressed by black. It was the color which least interested me. Maybe because it had so practical purpose when I was growing up. Now it's wardrobe staple. But to find nice jacket or blazer isn't easy. Usually fabric lets down or it have some kind of leather detailing. This one was very unexpected finding and classic tuxedo style which can be dressed up or down easily. In my mind this will have a lots of jeans and t-shirts pairings. It's usually how I pair my blazer and jackets.

I have become so lazy to my blog and I feel so guilty. It's terrible. I have so much ideas what I would want to post, but somehow I never do. My jewelry takes up all my days, I try to be good and not do anything on weekends, but even if I'm not making I'm taking photos of my jewelry or sourcing new supplies, ideas, inspirations. So many nights I haven't slept because I'm thinking. I'm for sure not a morning person. I love my work, but somehow I want to find a balance and be more organized. I want to do all my favorite things. And I want to have my family time, relax and enjoy the quite moments, and fall asleep like all normal people. But no if idea comes to me I have to wake up and do something about it- write it down or make it happen. Actually if I think I always have been like that. I do remember the times when my mom in the middle of the night would find me painting in my room, just because I couldn't sleep and it was on my mind. Maybe that's how creative mind work..? Or am I going crazy..?

Through past months I have selected new pieces for my summer wardrobe and in my head I have played out these perfect looks which I would wear in perfect summer weather that I'm afraid by the time the beautiful, warm summer will come I will be fed-up and uninspired. This transitional time of the year is always the biggest challenge. Hey, but for two weeks I haven't worn my winter coats, so that's a good sign. Saturday came with +18C so that was unexpected treat, but Sunday we was back to +15C . I know I'm rushing things, but if there is two new summer dresses in wardrobe waiting since november it isn't easy to wait.

I'm so over winter. I really am. I want warm sunny days for dresses, shoes and t-shirts. February you have been a challenge. Well you always are. The shortest month of the year yet the hardest one, because we know Spring is around the corner.

They say- fake it till you make it. So sunglasses came out. I'm calling you sunbeams. Can you see me? Love these so 90's inspired. Brings me back to my teenage years.  And I got second pair of sunglasses too, they are so fun, so summer. Will be appearing hear much later, I think.

..if you would tell me couple months back where I would be today, I wouldn't believe you.  Life have changed a lot and the same time it's not. Maybe it have just taken it natural turn. Time just fly very quickly and lots of things happen. Just to remember and learn from everything. 

I took some time off being so busy with Strike a Pose jewelry and just before Christmas our camera broke. I probably could take a photos with my phone, but I was too busy that I took it as excuse and concentrated on my jewelry. Christmas time was crazy busy time. We just recently got camera back and it was like coming back after long vacation.

 My chunky oversized knits are out. Last week have brought cold wind and temperature some day barely reached double digits. I was planning completely different outfit for weekend, yet I hope I will have a chance next week, because rains will bring some warmer weather. 

I have to admit that daylight saving time takes a bit of adjustment to darker mornings and evenings. But I really enjoy taking out all the fairy lights and candles it makes so cozy and romantic every place.

I slowly, step by step getting into Autumn mood. The boot season is open. My boot collection have new addition (finally) - the over the knee. Last year I couldn't find the pair what made me happy, but in the middle of Summer I found my match. I have to admit I love attention to details and this pair have few details that makes them so unique. The block heel with interesting design and the slightly squared toe. Instead of black I chose grey, which is one of wonderful neutral colors and all time favorite of mine. I still remember back in my teens I had a one season when my wardrobe pretty much was all grey.

I'm still in summer mood. The knits, boots and coats are deep in my wardrobe and my hand is reaching for t-shirts and blouses. Sadly less dresses or skirts. I wish I packed with me some dresses when I was in Latvia, because suddenly (can't trust weather forecast) summer weather arrived. And when I mean summer weather, it's truly feels like summer. There's not Ireland's typical humidity or breeze which want to play with dresses and skirt recreating Marilyn Monroe moments.The heat is real and feels so nice. I really enjoyed it despite that I was all time in my jeans. (Did I mention I'm jeans girl.. ) We have been very lucky all Summer with nice weather and pretty much no rain. I'm a bit scared what Autumn and Winter will bring. Are you ready?
