Lazy & Guilty

coat- FF| shirt- Promod | cardigan - Amara Reya via TK Maxx | jeans 2nd One | trainers- New Balance

I have become so lazy to my blog and I feel so guilty. It's terrible. I have so much ideas what I would want to post, but somehow I never do. My jewelry takes up all my days, I try to be good and not do anything on weekends, but even if I'm not making I'm taking photos of my jewelry or sourcing new supplies, ideas, inspirations. So many nights I haven't slept because I'm thinking. I'm for sure not a morning person. I love my work, but somehow I want to find a balance and be more organized. I want to do all my favorite things. And I want to have my family time, relax and enjoy the quite moments, and fall asleep like all normal people. But no if idea comes to me I have to wake up and do something about it- write it down or make it happen. Actually if I think I always have been like that. I do remember the times when my mom in the middle of the night would find me painting in my room, just because I couldn't sleep and it was on my mind. Maybe that's how creative mind work..? Or am I going crazy..?

Peace, joy and ♥

  1. You need a vacation Ramona. You need to sit back back, relax and do absolutely nothing for a few days. I am the same way. It is very hard for me to relax. I am always working on something and then I become so overwhelmed. I also feel guilty when I do not spend my time productively. But my husband keeps me on track and lets me know that it is okay to just unplug and take a few days off sometimes. And believe me it helps so much because I feel rejuvenated after taking a break and I can think more clearly and do more.

  2. Sounds like you have perfectly normal creative process, and if you are investing your time into your jewelry, then don't feel so guilty about not blogging. Sometimes I wish I would carve out more time for other creative pursuits, but the blog is the only one I've been consistent with over the years. Perhaps because I feel like I have my readers holding me accountable?

  3. You sound like an entrepreneur :) This is a natural instinct and though sometimes it may be tiring, it will certainly pay off in the long run with the success of your jewelry line. Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you're having a great start to your week so far!

  5. I agree with the comments above. Sounds normal to me. We all have ups and downs. It's hard to stay motivated and creative all the time. You look great!

  9. It's okay - don't need to beat yourself up about it. It is important to take a step back to avoid burnout as well. Your coat looks amazing, by the way!
