Last year I missed out on this trend even if I was on the hunt for off the shoulder blouse. The offer what I came across wasn't my cup of tea. Manly I didn't care for the quality of fabric what they was made of. But when I stumbled on this off the shoulder blouse I without the doubt picked it out. The fact that Cold Shoulder will be one of the biggest trend this Spring and Summer doesn't hurt too and not mentioning how feminine and romantic it looks. I wish I could wear it outside right now.
