feeling 20's inspiration

These days we're lucky to not have any rain drop, even if it's some days little bit  gloomy, but yet it's better than before . So we had some day off and we visited magnificent Lismore Castle gardens. 800 year old Lismore Castle - most recently renovated in the 21st Century, but still it hasn't lost her old charm in any way. Dating from 1170, Lismore is a privately owned castle offering luxury accommodation on an exclusive hire basis, just gardens are opened for public viewing.

For so long I was waiting to wear this dress again and when I put together this look it felt to me so 20's inspired even if it wasn't meant to be. In instants I felt so coquettishly feminine. For complete 20's look I've been missing little, cute hat, but I wasn't aiming for 20's look in first place. I just went for what felt much better.
A haven of tranquility.

Lismore Castle features the oldest continually cultivated gardens in Ireland

  7. What a beautiful historic location, anything with that much heritage needs to be truely appreciated. Alot of the heritage bulidings here are gone now, the fell down in the earthquakes and you don't really appreciate their value until they're gone.
Love your dress by the way, the mis of colours & hankerchief style hem is fun.

  29. That dress paired with pearls really does have a 1920s feel, and the scenery where you took these photos just adds to the beautiful vintage feeling that you've evoked. I had never heard of Lismore Castle before, but it officially going on my list of places to visit- the photos you've taken are just too lovely for words!
